1. How can I place an order on Smiley Cart?

Simply browse the products, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and choose your payment method to complete the order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–9 business days
    Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen situations.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link to monitor your package’s journey.


5. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on select products or on orders above a certain amount. It will be mentioned on the product or at checkout.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


7. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Certain items may be non-returnable—check the product page for more details.


8. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.


9. What if I receive a damaged product?

If your product is damaged or defective, please raise a request on our Contact Us page with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per the policy.


10. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, Smiley Cart only ships within India.
