Return & Refund Policy

At Smiley Cart, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Some items like personal care products, perishable goods, and customized items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for return eligibility before purchasing.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to the Contact Us page on Smiley Cart and provide your order ID, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and arrange for a pickup (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer once we receive your account details.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, initiate a request via our Contact Us page with relevant photos.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, or before they are shipped—whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Food or perishable goods

  • Gift cards or downloadable items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page


We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if it does not meet our return conditions.
